Skin Treatments

Facials, peels, microneedling, and laser resurfacing for breakouts, scarring, uneven tone, sensitivity, and the first signs of age, chosen for your skin rather than picked from a menu. What we do here is 40 percent of the result; your daily routine is the other 60.

Not sure which skin treatment you need?

Breakouts, acne scars, redness that flares, dark spots that outlast the blemish, or skin that has started to look tired: each points to a different treatment, and sometimes a series. Your provider matches the treatment to your skin and tells you what it can and cannot do.

Your visit to Rewind Bar

Self-book a free 45-minute consultation on our booking page, or call the front desk. A card on file holds the appointment. Come with clean skin if you can, and bring the products you use now; they are part of the conversation.

Your provider examines your skin, asks what you see and when it started, and goes through your routine and health history. Then you get a plan: which treatment, whether it needs a series, and what to use at home.

Facials and many other treatments can begin in the same visit if you want them to. If a treatment calls for preparation first, your provider tells you what to do and books it for a day that suits you.

You leave with aftercare for the treatment and a morning and night routine built around it. We carry Skinbetter Science and Hydrinity, and your provider points you to what matters for your skin, not everything on the shelf.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which treatment I need?

You don’t have to. Book the consultation and describe what you see: breakouts, scarring, redness that flares, dark spots that outlast the blemish, or skin that has started to look tired. Your provider examines your skin, asks about your routine and history, and recommends a treatment, or a short series, that fits. If something won’t help you, we will say so.

Do these treatments work on darker skin?

Yes. We choose treatments with every skin tone in mind; the VI Peel, for example, is formulated for Fitzpatrick I through VI. Your provider assesses your skin before recommending anything, so the plan suits your tone rather than a default.

Who performs skin treatments?

Asia Mathis, our lead aesthetician, performs facials, peels, and aesthetic treatments. Our clinical providers, Naomi Kapoor, PA-C, and Patricia Joseph, RN, are part of the same team, and your plan is made with the person who will carry it out.

Why do you talk about a home routine?

Because it is most of the result. What happens in the clinic is about 40 percent of how your skin looks; the other 60 is what you do every morning and night. We carry Skinbetter Science and Hydrinity, and your provider will tell you the two or three products that matter for your skin rather than a shelf of them.

Is there downtime?

It depends on the treatment. Facials and HydraFacial have little to none; you can go straight back to your day. Peels, microneedling, and laser resurfacing have a short recovery that your provider describes before you book, so you can plan it around your week.
