Is there a minimum sign-up period for a Rewind Bar Membership?
Yes. You must commit to a minimum of 12 months for any Rewind Bar Membership program.
What happens to my monthly membership commitment?
Your monthly membership commitment of either $99 or $159 will go towards your Rewind Credit, which is like a wallet you can use for any treatment at Rewind Bar.
What can I use my Rewind Credit for?
You can use your Rewind Credit for any treatment we offer at Rewind Bar. As long as your membership is active, you will enjoy additional treatment discounts depending on your membership tier.
What discounts can I lock in on Rewind Bar treatments?
You will lock in exclusive discounts based on the membership tier you choose; the tiers above list them. Membership discounts are only eligible for regular-priced treatments and are not valid for promotional services.
What discounts can I lock in for Rewind Bar’s medical weight loss program?
Your savings for semaglutide weight loss injections follow this schedule. Refresh: $447 per month during months 1 to 3 (non-member price $497), then $497 per month from month 4 (non-member price $547). Transform: $422 per month during months 1 to 3 (non-member price $497), then $479 per month from month 4 (non-member price $547).
Will my Rewind Credit expire?
Your Rewind Credit will not expire for as long as your membership is active. Any unused Rewind Credit will roll over to the next month, allowing you to use it anytime you want with no pressure.
Can I get a refund or convert any of my Rewind Credit into cash?
No. All membership sales are final and non-refundable. You may only use your Rewind Credit towards any Rewind Bar treatment. You cannot convert Rewind Credit into cash or get a refund on any unused credit upon canceling your membership.
What free monthly treatments can I get?
Free monthly treatments are only available for those who get our Transform: Rewind Signature Package. If you get this package, you can choose to redeem one of a free B12 shot or a free 15-minute LED treatment each month.
Can I roll over my free monthly treatment if I don’t redeem it for one month?
No. You can only redeem your free treatments once a month, and unclaimed free treatments cannot be carried over to the next month.
Is my free monthly treatment transferable?
No. Your free monthly treatment is not transferable to anyone else. Only the person listed on the membership can claim the free monthly treatment.
Can I convert my free monthly treatment into Rewind Credit or cash?
No. You cannot convert the value of your monthly treatment into Rewind Credit or cash of equivalent value.
When can I use my birthday credit?
Your birthday credit must be used within 14 days of your birthday, or it will be forfeited.
Can I cancel my Rewind Bar Membership at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time after the minimum 12-month period. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any unused credit at the time of cancellation, so we advise you to use your unused Rewind Credit before canceling. If you cancel your membership and still have unused credits, you will have 90 days to use up the credit or else they will expire.
