Signature Facials

Five facials built on the same six steps, each finished with the products and the mask your skin asks for. Done by hand, by our lead aesthetician, with nothing to recover from.

Six steps,
then your skin decides.

Every signature facial starts the same way: a double cleanse, a close look at your skin under good light, exfoliation, and extractions where your pores need them. Then a lymphatic massage that moves fluid out of the face and brings the color back into it.

From there the facial becomes yours. The mask and the moisturizer are chosen for what the analysis found, whether that is redness that flares, dullness, the first fine lines, or breakouts that keep coming back. That is why there are five facials rather than one.

You leave with skin that is clean, calm, and hydrated, and a routine for the weeks until the next one.

What happens on the table is about 40 percent of the result. Your aesthetician sends you home with the other 60: a morning and night routine from the Skinbetter Science and Hydrinity lines we carry.

The first pass takes off makeup, sunscreen, and the day. The second cleans the skin itself, so everything that follows can reach it.

Your aesthetician looks at your skin up close and asks about your routine, then exfoliates to lift dead skin and reveal the fresh layer under it.

Clogged pores are cleared, gently and only where they need it. Skin that is sensitive or inflamed gets less of this step, not more.

A slow massage that stimulates circulation, reduces puffiness, and is the part most people close their eyes for.

Calming, brightening, firming, or purifying, chosen for what the analysis found. This is where the five facials part ways.

The finish: the hydration your skin needs, in the amount it needs, so it leaves plump and dewy rather than tight.

One facial for the skin you have this month, not a standard one for everyone.

Your aesthetician chooses at the skin analysis, and you can ask for a particular facial by name. The fifth in the collection, the Aqua Facial, is a device facial with its own page.

Sensitive skin facial

For skin that reacts, including rosacea and eczema. A soothing lavender cleanse, a calming mask, and ice globes that take redness and puffiness down.

Brightening facial

For dull, dehydrated, or tired-looking skin. A boost of vitamin C, then a gentle low-grade retinol peel that sweeps away dead cells and leaves a fresh glow.

Rejuvenating facial

For fine lines, lost firmness, and dryness. Medical-grade products that stimulate collagen, restore hydration, and bring back elasticity.

Acne facial

For oily, congested skin and breakouts. A detox treatment, then a purifying exfoliating masque that unclogs pores, dissolves blackheads, and eases inflammation.

You get one clear number before anything is booked. Facials are also part of our membership, and payment plans through Cherry are available.

Six steps, unhurried. Come with clean skin if you can, and bring the products you use at home; they are part of the conversation.

Warm cleansing, a massage, a mask, and quiet. Extractions can feel like brief pressure; everything else is the part people fall asleep in.

Go straight back to your day. If your facial included the retinol peel, the skin may be a little pink for a few hours.

Skin looks clean, calm, and hydrated when you leave. The lasting change comes from a rhythm of facials every four to six weeks and the routine you keep between them.

Frequently asked questions

Which facial should I book?

You don’t have to decide before you come in. Every appointment starts with a skin analysis, and your aesthetician chooses the facial that fits what she sees: calming for sensitive or redness-prone skin, brightening for dull or tired skin, rejuvenating for fine lines and lost firmness, or the acne facial for oily, congested skin. If you already know what you want, say so and we start there.

Is a facial safe for sensitive skin or rosacea?

Yes. The sensitive skin facial was built for it: a gentle lavender cleanse, a calming mask, and ice globes that bring redness and puffiness down rather than stirring them up. Tell your aesthetician about any conditions or products you react to, and the facial is adjusted around them.

Is there any downtime?

No. You leave with clean, hydrated skin and can go straight back to your day. The brightening facial finishes with a mild retinol peel, so that one can leave the skin a little pink for a few hours.

How long does a facial take?

Plan on about an hour. The six steps are the same for every facial; the products and the mask change with your skin.

How often should I have one?

Your skin renews itself roughly every month, so most people who make facials part of their routine come in every four to six weeks. Your aesthetician suggests a rhythm for your skin, and the home routine she sends you away with does the work in between.

How is this different from a HydraFacial or an Aqua Facial?

A signature facial is done by hand, with products chosen for your skin and a mask and massage built into it. HydraFacial and the Aqua Facial are device facials: a handpiece cleanses, exfoliates, and infuses. Some skin does better with one, some with the other, and your aesthetician will say which.
