Naomi Kapoor, PA-C, or Patricia Joseph, RN, watches how your face moves, asks what bothers you, and reviews your health history and medications. If a treatment won’t give you what you want, you hear that first, before anything else.
Once you agree on the plan, most people go straight into treatment in the same appointment. If you would rather think it over, you take the plan home and book when you are ready. No pressure either way.
You leave with simple aftercare for the first day or two. Your injector tells you when to expect the full result, since some treatments settle in over days, and whether a follow-up visit makes sense for you.

Will I look frozen or overdone?
No. The frozen look comes from too much product in the wrong places. Our injectors watch how your face moves before anything is placed and treat only where the lines form, so you keep your expressions. Natural is the goal, and if you want less than you came in asking for, that is the right answer too.

Naomi Kapoor, PA-C, and Patricia Joseph, RN. Every treatment is placed by one of them after a review of your health history and medications, and the same injector follows your results over time.
How do I know whether I need Botox or filler?
Botox relaxes the muscles that crease the skin, so it suits lines that appear when you frown, squint, or raise your brows. Fillers restore volume where the face has lost it, in the cheeks, lips, and around the mouth. Many people are unsure which they need, and that is what the consultation is for. Your injector will tell you which one answers what you see, and if neither will, we will say so.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. It is 45 minutes and there is no charge. We keep a card on file to hold the appointment. You leave with a clear plan whether or not you go ahead.
Can I be treated at my first visit?
Yes. Most people go straight into treatment in the same appointment once the plan is agreed. If you would rather take it home and think about it, that is fine; there is no pressure either way.
